Industrial Disease Associate (NQ-3 PQE)

Our client is a Top 40 law firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting an Industrial Disease Associate with 0-3 years PQE to handle their own caseload of disease cases whilst assisting on higher-value claims. This is a hybrid role and is based out of the Liverpool office.



Your new role

This Industrial Disease Associate role will see you handle your own caseload of a range of Industrial Disease claims with minimal supervision. This will include, but is not limited to, NIHL, HAVS/work-related upper limb disorders and asbestos-related claims. You will also assist Partners and senior solicitors within the team on high-value complex cases. This role requires you to attend conferences, court and client meetings.



What you'll need to succeed

You must be a qualified solicitor/lawyer with 0-3 years PQE. Experience handling your own caseload of NIHL, HAVS and asbestos related injuries is essential. Exposure to wider industrial disease claims is essential. Extensive litigation experience and an ability to work to targets is essential. Applicants from a defendant background are preferable, however, those from a claimant background are also encouraged to apply.
