Your new company and role

This role is with a major public sector organisation based in Edinburgh. The client requires an experienced ServiceNow consultant to assist with the implementation of HR Service Delivery within the organisation.


What you'll need to succeed

The following skills are essential for this role:

• Experience of the current version of the ServiceNow platform
• HR Service Delivery module
• Employee Centre Portal
• Able to demonstrate knowledge of the platform mechanics and best practices
• Strong teamwork, self-managing and self-initiative, coaching, collaboration & communication skills
• JavaScript development independent of and within the ServiceNow framework
• Integration and orchestration knowledge
• HTML, XML, CSS & JSON
• Self-Service Portal (beyond Catalogue Items)

The following skills are desirable for this role:

• Exposure to Agile working methods
• Configuration/customisation of workspaces
• Configuration of Virtual Agent
