Job Title: Candidate Consultant
Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5.30pm
Salary: £25,000 + bonus
Hybrid 4 days office / 1 day working from home - fully in the office during 3 month probation.Location: Ipswich, Suffolk

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Scout Extraordinaire: Use your detective skills to find top-notch candidates through job boards, social media, and good old-fashioned networking.
Interview Guru: Conduct interviews that are more like friendly chats to get to know candidates' skills, experience, and what makes them tick.
Matchmaker: Pair candidates with their dream jobs and present them to our awesome clients.
Database Dynamo: Keep our candidate database sparkling with up-to-date and accurate information.
Customer Service Superstar: Provide top-tier service to clients and candidates, making their recruitment experience smooth and enjoyable.
Team Player: Work with our recruitment team to smash targets and goals.Requirements:
Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is a plus but definitely not an essential.
Stellar communication and people skills.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy with Microsoft software and tools.
A go-getter attitude with a passion for results.
