Job Description
Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a passion for supporting young learners?
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated HLTA to join our KS1 team after Christmas in Newton Aycliffe.

What You’ll Do:
Lead small groups and provide tailored support in the classroom.
Work closely with teachers to implement creative and engaging lessons.
Help monitor and track students' progress.
