About the Role: Supply Chain Manager

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the entire supply chain process for our European business unit. This position reports directly to the Global Supply Chain Director and will oversee a dedicated team, including Demand Planners and Supply Chain Process Managers. Your primary focus will be to enhance our delivery performance, optimize inventory levels, and improve supplier relationships to support our strategic growth and expansion objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership : Lead the Supply Chain & Operations team in Europe, driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Delivery in Full on Time (DIFOT), inventory turnover (DIO), and customer satisfaction.
  • End-to-End Supply Chain Management : Implement integrated supply chain planning, including sales forecasting, demand planning, procurement, and inventory management, aligned with our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
  • Supplier & Vendor Management : Collaborate with the Global Purchasing team to manage supplier capacity planning, evaluate performance, and develop third-party and intercompany suppliers to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
  • Logistics Optimization : Oversee logistics operations, including the development and management of external logistics providers. Drive network optimization projects to support our omnichannel strategy and European market expansion.
  • Process Improvement : Champion the continuous enhancement of supply chain processes through cross-functional projects, leveraging SAP and other planning systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance : Support the implementation of global quality management initiatives, focusing on business process management, customer complaint resolution, and product conformity assessments.
