About the Role:
Join a dynamic team at a school designed specifically to support pupils with high-functioning autism.This is an exciting opportunity to:
• Work closely with small classes and provide tailored 1:1 support.
• Help students excel academically, with many achieving GCSE-level qualifications.
• Be part of a thriving, inclusive school community that values your enthusiasm and dedication.

We’re seeking individuals who are:
• Friendly, approachable, and eager to support young people.
• Confident in assisting small groups and working on a 1:1 basis.
• Driven by a passion for education and helping others achieve their best.
