This dynamic Legal 500 firm in Bournemouth is seeking a Partner to join its Dispute Resolution team as part of a strategic succession plan. With ambitious growth goals and a strong leadership team, the firm offers the support and resources needed to excel. In this role, you will advise clients on a wide range of disputes, including commercial contract issues, insolvency matters, professional negligence claims, corporate conflicts, shareholder agreements, and defamation cases. Your work will span sectors such as Financial Services, Retail, and Transport.

The firm is seeking a candidate with significant commercial litigation experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in business development to help expand the practice.

As a Dispute Resolution Partner, your key responsibilities will include:


  • Leading and overseeing transactions
  • Growing and developing the Dispute Resolution team
  • Showcasing technical expertise in complex matters
