Supply Chain Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our supply chain operations, ensuring that our processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of supply chain management principles. The Supply Chain Supervisor will work closely with various departments, including procurement, logistics, and production, to ensure that our supply chain processes are aligned with our business goals. Key responsibilities include managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a proven track record of managing supply chain operations in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the Supply Chain Supervisor will be responsible for training and mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining accurate records of all supply chain activities. Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily supply chain operations.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proven track record of managing supply chain operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with inventory management and demand forecasting.
  • Ability to develop and implement process improvements.
