Job Description
What Will I Be Doing?
As a Field Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of plant pots to garden centres, ensuring products are well-presented and stocked.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with garden centres, both independents and groups.
Promote and sell products to new and existing customers.
Ensure product displays are attractive, well-stocked, and in line with company standards.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely replenishment.
Provide excellent customer service and support to garden centre staff.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
Attend trade shows and events to represent our client.What Do I Need?
This role is perfect for someone with experience in the garden products or sundries trade who is looking to take the next step in their career. You will have proven experience in sales or merchandising. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Seeing as you will be out and about the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule is one of the keys to success.
