Reporting to: Marketing Manager

Location: Crownhill, Milton Keynes / Hybrid Working (at least 2 days in the office per week)

Salary: £up to £30,000

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support the Marketing Manager to deliver the brand strategy, external communications, campaigns, social and PR content
• Produce a range of marketing content and collateral, working with the Digital Designer, agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Create point-of-sale and digital assets, with clear messaging to drive good customer outcomes and conversion
• Collaborate with the Sales team and Digital Designer to produce quality presentation proposals and relevant supporting content for key prospectsWork with the Commercial and Sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline
• Manage the execution of B2B marketing campaigns
• Produce quality presentation proposals and relevant supporting content for key prospects
• Manage retailer communications to inform and engage
• Accurately update and publish website content via CMS
• Proactively produce performance reporting and insights for relevant channels and campaigns
• Support events related activity, including the provision of marketing materials and event stands

What we’re looking for:

• Previous Marketing experience
• Highly organised and experienced in managing numerous projects and activities simultaneously
• Dedicated to delivering high-quality work in a timely manner
• Adaptable and agile to meet business demands, managing priorities in accordance with business needs
• High attention to detail, with proficiency in English language and grammar
• Excellent communication skills
• A fantastic storyteller with copywriting experience and the ability to transform information into clear and engaging messaging
• Experience delivering high-quality creative content and collateral
• Proactive and a fantastic collaborator
• Receives feedback constructively and uses it as a tool to learn and develop
• Driven with self-initiative and an eagerness to learn and grow within the business
