What you’ll be doing:



  • Forecast inventory for key divisions, including promotional and new items.

  • Partner with teams to address inventory issues, vendor challenges, promotions, and seasonal strategies.

  • Resolve long-term out-of-stock SKUs or inventory feed issues with vendors.

  • Manage JDA plan loads and adjust FC deployment for accuracy.

  • Conduct post-promotional analysis and maintain reliable data for reporting.

  • Lead inventory-related projects, share progress updates, and present results to leadership.

  • This role demands analytical skills, collaboration, and meet business objectives.



What you bring to the table:



  • Proven experience in inventory management, demand planning, or forecasting roles.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and systems (e.g., JDA, ERP systems).

  • Ability to analyze sales trends, identify patterns, and adjust forecasts proactively.

  • Experience with inventory planning software and systems is highly desirable

  • Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools.




What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:



  • 4+ years in forecasting inventory management, demand planning, or a related field.

  • Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access

  • Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting techniques.



What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Management

  • SQL-query & Power BI experience a plus

  • Experience with JDA/MMS/WMS systems

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain concepts a plus
