Job Description
Currently looking for a plumber to work on a commercial/ residential porject in Hereford!
Key Responsibilities:
* Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures in a commercial environment.
* Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
* Ensuring all plumbing systems comply with local codes and regulations.
* Carrying out preventative maintenance and troubleshooting plumbing issues.
* Working closely with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure timely and effective project completion.
* Adhering to health and safety guidelines and best practices at all times.
* Providing high-quality customer service to site managers and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Qualified Plumber (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
* Proven experience in commercial plumbing (new builds, refurbishments, etc.).
* Familiarity with working on large-scale construction projects.
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and plumbing codes.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Valid CSCS card (or equivalent)
