* Temp - Perm

Requirements of a Caretaker

* Caretaking Experience

* Maintenance experience

* Ideally have DBS check but not essential

* DIY Skills

* Opening up and locking up (keyholder for building)

Role of a Caretaker

* Site management

* General repair

* Insuring heating, lighting and alarm systems are maintained / working

* Other general caretaking duties
