Project Manager – Core System Deliverables - 9-Month FTC, with a competitive salary starting at £48,000.00

At Partou UK, we are transforming the way we work, and we’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of key system implementations. If you’re experienced in managing complex projects and thrive in a collaborative environment, this could be your next role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full project lifecycle for core systems, including HRIS, workforce tools, and CRM.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success measures in partnership with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and consultants to deliver on time and to scope.
• Ensure risks, issues, and changes are effectively managed, and report on progress to leadership.
• Oversee system integration with existing technologies, resolving technical challenges as they arise.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience managing large-scale system implementation projects, particularly in HRIS, CRM, or similar domains.
• A strong grasp of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools like Jira or MS Project.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
• Solid understanding of system integration challenges and practical solutions.
• A proactive, organised approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

Desired Experience:

• Certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM).
• Experience in digital transformation or multi-site organisations.
• Familiarity with the nursery, education, or childcare sectors.
