Field Service Engineer Connected Care Job Title Field Service Engineer Connected Care Job Description Be the point of reference for our customers for technical aspects related to our Connected Care products. Your role: Clearly understand performance expectations in terms of technical services and support Take local responsibility for the technical components of assigned Connected Care EDI project installs from start to completion Participate in training programs to enhance technical and application skills Interface with the Project Manager, Customer & Applications team and provide reports to Service Management, as requested Meet or exceed performance expectations in the delivery of technical services and applications support Provide assistance and advice to the local teams in connection with generating sales of Philips Connected Care solutions EDI solutions Provide technical advice on software and hardware upgrades Provide technical advice on changes to setup and functionalities Manage integrations between Connected Care devices and software components to 3rd party devices and software components part of Hospital EMR /HIS Your team: You will be part of the Connected Care Customer Service Team. You're the right fit if: Educational background in Informatics (diploma or university degree) Over 2 years experience in a similar role Experience in database design and development, implementation/development, administration, dataguard, backups and recovery, tuning Development of simple integration components (COM object based interfaces, Web interfaces, XML, HL7, etc) Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Server, VMware and Hyper-V solutions Understanding/knowledge of Medical Standards: DICOM, Health Level Seven (HL7) and Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise Network knowledge Demonstrated acumen for understanding applications, workflow and network environments Excellent troubleshooting and problem analysis skills Strong team player Excellent communication skills Fluency in Italian and English About Philips We are a health technology company.
