Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate)

Opportunity for a young QS with the right qualifications and experience to move into a mid-level role and take on full responsibility for all QS functions on a construction site. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that construction projects are financially controlled, costs are minimized, and all QS duties are carried out efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage on-site Quantity Surveying functions for various construction projects. Oversee financial planning, control, and reporting to ensure projects stay within budget. Handle the appointment of subcontractors and ensure their work complies with contract terms. Manage material procurement and ensure proper inventory control. Ensure all administrative tasks related to QS functions are completed accurately and on time. Requirements: Minimum BSc Quantity Surveying or BTech Quantity Surveying qualification. A minimum of 3 to 5 years'' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a contracting environment. Previous experience in commercial, residential, or retail construction with a contractor.
