Restaurant Manager

Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role. Strong operational knowledge, including kitchen and front-of-house management. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Understanding vegan cuisine and plant-based dining trends is an advantage Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to creating memorable dining experiences. Proficiency in stock control, ordering, and managing supplier relationships. Financial acumen, including budget management and cost control. Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring smooth daily operations.
