Job Description
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role. Strong operational knowledge, including kitchen and front-of-house management. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Understanding vegan cuisine and plant-based dining trends is an advantage Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to creating memorable dining experiences. Proficiency in stock control, ordering, and managing supplier relationships. Financial acumen, including budget management and cost control. Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring smooth daily operations. Lead and mentor the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Maintain high standards of service and food quality. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory, control costs, and meet financial targets. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and grow the business.
