Retail Excellence Intern H/F

As a Retail Excellence Intern, you will support the Retail Excellence team in driving initiatives that enhance client experience, improve operational efficiency, and align with the Maison's luxury standards. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and strategic environment within the luxury retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support

• Assist in the implementation of retail projects, such as process optimization, clienteling tools, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., retail, training, merchandising, image, architecture) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress and create project status updates.

Market Research

• Benchmark best practices in the luxury retail sector.
• Conduct competitor analysis to inform retail strategies.

Communication and Coordination

• Prepare presentations and documents for meetings with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between the Retail Excellence team and boutiques to ensure consistent communication.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Collect and analyze retail performance data (e.g., sales, KPIs, CRM metrics).
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to monitor store performance.
• Identify trends and areas for improvement.

Training and Tools

• Support the rollout and training of store teams on new tools and processes.
• Gather feedback from boutiques to improve training materials.

Skills & Attributes

Education and Background:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Previous Experience:

Initial experience in retail, client services, or luxury (e.g., internship, part-time job, or project).

Exposure to data analysis or project management is a strong plus.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [required languages, e.g., English and French].

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
