E-Commerce Intern (February 2025)

Overview Join our dynamic e-commerce team for a six-month internship and immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of online retail. This is a unique opportunity for a multilingual individual eager to gain hands-on experience across various aspects of e-commerce operations. As an intern, you will play a key role in projects that enhance our market presence and elevate customer experiences on our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Data Collection and Analysis Gather and analyze data to track regular sales trends, contributing to strategic decision-making through insightful data interpretation. Product Listing and Content Management Work closely with headquarters and the regional team to support product listings and manage Amazon A content uploads. Assist in the localization and development of digital content for multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with regional needs and brand guidelines. Digital Experience Enhancement Optimize campaign page content to improve frontend user experience, ensuring clarity, engagement, and consistency with brand standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze feedback and implement enhancements that align with user needs and business goals. Operational Support Provide operational assistance to the team and facilitate effective communication with external agencies. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field; Proficient in Chinese, English, and French; Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfortable with digital tools; Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for image editing and design tasks; Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively; A team player who can also work independently and take initiative when needed.
