Microsoft Systems Manager Location: Paris Reporting To: Systems Director Languages: MUST BE ENGLISH SPEAKING Onsite requirement: Flexible I am assisting a Multinational Retail company in the Search for a highly skilled Microsoft Systems Manager to Join their team to lead critical projects around Microsoft Systems. The Microsoft Systems Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all Microsoft systems technologies within the organization. This role involves directing and coordinating various systems projects centered around Microsoft technologies, ensuring optimal performance, security, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft systems including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, and SQL Server. Lead and manage multiple systems projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Implement and maintain robust security measures across all Microsoft systems to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities. Monitor and optimize the performance of Microsoft systems to ensure they meet the organization’s needs and expectations. Ensure that all Microsoft systems comply with relevant regulations and standards. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Microsoft systems. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft systems, providing expert support and guidance as needed. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems processes, configurations, and procedures. Provide training and support to staff on the use of Microsoft systems and technologies. Identify opportunities for improvement and drive the implementation of best practices within the organization. Qualifications: Proven experience in managing and administering Microsoft systems and technologies. Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, and SQL Server. Experience in leading and managing IT projects. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
