Job Description

Intern Assistant Retail Merchandising & Buying EMEA – GRENOBLE lines/E-CONCESSIONS


March 2025 – August 2025


Provide support in developing the product strategy for EMEA of Grenoble lines and E-Concessions in the peak season and consistently monitor business performance and stock optimization to maximize sales performance.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Level Optimization: Analyze selling trends, identify slow-moving items, and initiate actions to rebalance stock across the network, with a focus on ski resort locations to optimize sell-through.
  • Special Projects Support: Assist with new store openings, pop-up events, and trunk shows by preparing booklets, managing stock transfers, and providing visual merchandising support.
  • Product Feedback and Market Analysis: Collect product feedback from stores, stay updated on business trends and competitor offerings, and identify business opportunities to aid in the development of new season collections.
  • Support Buying Sessions: Assist with buying sessions in Milan by preparing analysis and buying files, and inputting orders.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis and Reporting: Full support of retail merchandising manager in creation of performance reports and sales analysis to support the business



Profile :

  • Business or Management school curriculum with a first internship realized in allocation or retail merchandising department
  • Autonomous and Initiative approach
  • Rigorous and analytical (advanced level of Excel is a must)
  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
  • Product sensitivity and passion for Luxury and Retail.
