We are looking for an experienced

Store Manager

with an extensive Luxury background for one of our prestigious Clients based in Hamburg.

We are expecting the right candidate to have high end luxury know-how/expertise in order to bring top level customer service, client relationship building, as well as dealing with VIP and loyal customer data base. Driving Clientele throughout the store and implementing new strategies around client recruitment will be a huge focus and the right candidate must have this knowledge and experience to drive within the Store.

As a Flagship store manager, the ideal candidate will be expected to:

· Drive sales, monitor performance and identify commercial opportunities and make recommendations to meet and exceed sales targets as well analyzing data to drive commercial plans

· Cultivate a culture of excellent customer service, leading by example. Resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly.

· Minimize stock loss through the management, implementation and adherence of Corporate policies and procedures.

· Establish and maintain effective professional relationships with key business partners.

· Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are maintained within brand guidelines.

· Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activity and provide feedback/recommendations to the Company.

· Analyze stock management information available to ensure sales opportunities are maximized.

· Ensure all Company policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
