Role Overview:


As a Communications and Events Intern (6-month internship), you will work closely with the Communications Manager. Your mission will be to enhance Unlimitail's visibility and storytelling through various initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in advertising, retail, and retail media while developing your skills in communication, content creation, and event management.


Your Mission:


Content Creation & Communication

  • Draft press releases, LinkedIn posts, and newsletters to strengthen Unlimitail's positioning in the industry.
  • Collaborate on internal and external presentations and documents, ensuring clarity and alignment with our brand image.
  • Create narrative materials for industry engagements (articles, speeches, interviews).


Event Management

  • Support organizing events (industry, internal) and speaking engagements for Unlimitail: logistics, planning, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Contribute to creating post-event content (videos, social media posts, etc.) to maximize engagement.


Design & Multimedia

  • Assist in producing visual materials, infographics, videos, and other formats, bringing your creativity and technical skills.
  • Manage or assist in the production of branded materials, both print and digital (brochures, banners, digital visuals).


Strategic Support

  • Monitor retail media trends and competitor activities to suggest innovative ideas for content and events.
  • Collaborate with international teams to adapt campaigns for various markets (France, Spain, Belgium, LATAM, etc.).


Qualifications:


Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in communication, marketing, or a related field.

You're looking for a 6-month internship starting in early 2025

✨ A strong interest in retail (digital), advertising, or digital marketing

Creative, positive, and detail-oriented with a knack for compelling storytelling

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English. Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese a plus

Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator) and Canva. Video editing skills are highly appreciated.
