Overview :
She/He assists both the SO Coordinator and MTO Manager by providing an easy and efficient client-oriented assistance in the administration of Special Orders (SO). She/he reports into the MTO Manager. In the context of a fast-growing business, the SO Assistant has a key role in the front line for all boutiques and head offices worldwide regarding Special Order.
Christian Louboutin's special orders allow customers to personalize an existing design, based on ready-to-wear styles, without any structural or measurement modifications. This service, available for men's and women's shoes across the entire CL retail network, reflects the brand's values by offering a unique, customer-centric experience. The order, initiated in the boutique, requires several processes and involves the collaboration of different departments and specialists. Each creation responds directly to the customer's wishes, accompanying their memorable moments. This service embodies the brand's excellence and commitment to its customers.
Key Responsibilities :
Reporting to the MTO Manager and working closely with the SO Coordinator, the Special Order Assistant will be responsible for administrating with high level of precision and clarifying the Special Requests' feasibility studies. She/he will attribute them to the right specialist and animate the workflow to ensure a smooth and efficient communication :
· Order Review and Processing:
- Review special orders and requests to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Request additional context from relevant teams to optimize workflow and ensure smooth order processing.
· Order Tracking and Communication:
- Track the status of special orders and provide updates to all relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate any unforeseen delays or issues to boutiques and ensure progress is monitored with the relevant departments.
- Support logistics and administrative tasks related to orders, shipments, and sample management for events and training purposes.
· Collaboration and Issue Resolution:
- Clarify unclear or incorrect orders with sales, product, and production teams.
- Follow up on feasibility studies with the sales team to maximize the transformation of requests into confirmed orders.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve any issues related to orders and ensure timely execution.
Profile :
- Student enrolled in a Master's degree program (Bac +4/5) ; such as IFM or equivalent Business School program
- Detail-orientation and good analytical skills, well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving. Capacity of optimization and formalization,
- Retail experience on the shop floor needed and/or other experience in sales/project administration with good understanding of client relationship and client experience in a luxurious environment,
- Fluent in English is mandatory (all documentation, trainings are written in English and majority of global contacts will be English speaking),
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
