Summary
A brand new role has opened up for a Process Improvement Specialist to join a global energy company, in their central Paris office on a permanent basis.
You will be joining an international team to support their company aims of continuous improvement in order to provide their customer base with the most efficient and high-quality services. In this role, you will be implementing and improving standard work processes, analyze workflows to promote operational excellence, and establish feedback and review mechanisms.
There is a huge program of work, making significant changes to end to end processes with a focus on moving away from silos and continuous improvement. This should add huge value to their customers and operational teams.
The role is being offered on a permanent basis, with a work pattern of 2-3 days on-site and 2-3 working from home.

The Role
We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills, confidence working alongside stakeholders, and a results-orientated approach to work.
In summary we are looking for someone to undertake process mapping, looking to remove much of manual work and find solutions to pain points within processes. This needs strong communication, a focus on risk reduction and training team on continuous improvement.
Your duties will include:
- Standardize processes while promoting an environment of innovation.
- Establish feedback and review mechanism to continually improve and update processes.
- Define, implement and improve standard work processes
- Collect data and analyse workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure developments align with business, delivery and contractual operational requirements.
Requirements
- Spoken and written fluency in English and French
- Proven experience in process management
- Previous experience within the energy, power, or utilities sectors is a bonus!
- Experience with a Business Process Management Tool
