GTM Manager

Responsibilities 1、Drive decisions for the product portfolio to define market opportunities and to develop a product launch and life-cycle strategy. 2、Responsible for meeting the product category’s sales and margin guidelines. 3、Set the overall sales strategy, ensure product launch readiness; Manage the quarterly and long-term business planning. 4、Combining strategy, planning, and P&L support, as well as day to day execution. 5、Responsible for conducting market/competitive/industry analysis. 6、Analyze data to guide/develop business planning and promotional strategy. 7、Drive commercial discussions, channel readiness, product sell in/ sell through/ sell out, and execution. 8、Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, sales and supply chain to develop local business. Qualifications 1、Fluent in Chinese and French. 2、Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience. 3、More than 3 years of experience in GTM or Sales area in the electronics industry in France, have huge interest in products planning, business development, data analysis and market insights. 4、Familiar with French local retail (FnacDarty, Boulanger, Leroy Merlin etc.). French local market experience is a Must. 5、Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities, Strong communication skills. 6、Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
