Role Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager (Digital & Media), you will play a pivotal role in driving Unlimitail’s ambitious growth, working closely with managers and leaders to recruit the talent that will shape our future. Reporting to Magali, our VP HR, you’ll be part of a small but dynamic HR team, where your voice matters and collaboration is key.

Your Mission:

• Work closely with managers and leaders to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recommendations that support Unlimitail’s growth. Align talent acquisition efforts with business objectives for sustainable expansion,
• Manage the entire recruitment process (sourcing, interviews, selection, onboarding) while ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience thanks to our recruitment tools,
• Design recruitment initiatives with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), ensuring Unlimitail attracts top talent from varied backgrounds,
• Actively contribute to positioning Unlimitail as an employer of choice through social media campaigns, event participation, and other initiatives that attract high-quality talent,
• Monitor key recruitment metrics and KPIs to adjust strategies as needed, working closely with Finance to monitor the recruitment budget, and providing regular reports to leadership on progress and performance.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced environment or recruitment agency (especially in the Digital/Media sector)
• A proven track record of hiring for diverse roles across different functions
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align recruitment efforts to business goals and partner with senior leadership
• Strong sourcing skills, adept at attracting both active and passive candidates
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with recruitment analytics and tracking key metrics to optimize hiring efforts
• A passion for creating an inclusive and diverse workplace
• Fluency in French and English; Spanish is a plus

Our Recruitment Process:

• First call with Laura, HRBP Europe, to discuss your background and aspirations (30-45 minutes).
• Interview with Magali, VP HR and your future manager, to explore your experience and the role in detail (60 minutes).
• Final interview with Benoit, CFO
