Test Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced ERP Test Lead to join our team in Paris. This key role will be instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of our critical ERP systems.

Contract Information:

• Position - ERP test lead
• Hybrid - 3 days per week on-site in Paris.
• Start - February.
• TJM - Flexible
• Duration - Flexible

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute all phases of testing for ERP implementations, including UAT, integration, and regression testing.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and test data.
• Support the development of automated test scripts.
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and locations.
• Manage test execution, track defects, and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor test progress and report on key metrics to project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, project managers) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential testing risks.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an ERP Test Lead with a proven track record of successful ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g. Oracle).
• Expertise in various testing methodologies (e.g., Agile testing, Waterfall testing).
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
