Chinese Speaker Required for Demand Planner Opportunity Join a global leader in premium retail and embark on a new adventure in Dublin Our client is renowned for its expertise and excellence. Specializing in the design, production, and distribution of high-end products, the company operates through an international network of exclusive boutiques and partner distributors. ️ Your Main Responsibilities: Develop and maintain monthly demand forecasts by analysing sales trends and seasonality. Implement advanced statistical models and lead forecast reviews with local teams and markets. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to incorporate new product forecasts into the global plan. Ensure seamless communication with the Supply Chain team regarding consolidated forecasts and associated assumptions. Manage the impact of product launches on existing SKUs and evaluate the introduction or phasing out of products. Prepare and lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings. Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy. Facilitate collaboration among Marketing, Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to ensure optimal strategy alignment. What We’re Looking For: A minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting. In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain processes and inventory management techniques. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (Anaplan knowledge is a plus). Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit. A detail-oriented and rigorous approach.
