Interim HR Director

We are partnering with a high growth retail brand who are searching for an Interim Regional HR Director to be based in Paris. 3-4 days a week on-site.

The role will encompass the full spectrum of HR. You will be responsible for all HR strategy and delivery across the region. The successful candidate will need to have experience managing worker councils / unions.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong background in retail, complemented by experience in global corporate environments. Additionally, the candidate should have demonstrated success in scaling organisations or driving growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include collaborating with senior leaders to implement and support the employee agenda, aligning HR strategies with business goals to foster a high-performance culture and drive organisational effectiveness.

This position is critical for someone who can seamlessly navigate complex corporate structures, understand the nuances of retail dynamics, and thrive in fast-paced, transformational contexts. Skills such as strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and change management expertise would also be highly valuable.

The role is paying between 700 - 850 euros per day or 120k-140k + package FTC
