Employee Contract type: Permanent Regular Job Description: As part of the Pluxee spin-off and the growth of the Procurement department, the role of the IT Buyer, reporting directly to the Global Procurement Manager IS&T, will be of key importance for the organization. Your next challenge We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Global IS&T Senior Buyer to join our Procurement team. You will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing end-to-end processes from the optimization of the needs to the negotiation of the contract to support our business operations. The scope is global in all IT categories (hard, soft, Telco & Network, IT services, Data Centers, etc). What you’ll be doing: Procurement management: identify and evaluate IT suppliers (quality, cost, delay). Follow up the market and innovations. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing. Manage the procurement process from the optimization of the needs to the negotiation of the contract. Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to delivery, quality or service. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of vendors contracts and assessments. Inventory and asset management: Coordinate with IT and other departments to plan and forecast future IT needs. Cost optimization: identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing. Develop and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality. Results expected: 6% savings. Compliance and risk management: Ensure all procurement activities comply with Pluxee procurement policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Assess and mitigate risks associated with IT procurement, including cybersecurity risks. Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and suppliers agreements. Collaboration and communication: work closely with IT and other departments to understand their requirements and provide procurement support. Communicate effectively with stakeholders (Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing, Legal) to ensure alignment and transparency in the procurement process. Provide regular updates and reports on procurement activities and performance. You’re a match Bachelor or Master degree in Purchasing or equivalent. Proven experience as an IT Buyer or in a similar procurement role, preferably within the services industry. Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and market trends. Excellent commercial and financial negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in procurement tools (Excel, Ppt). Full working proficiency and fluency in English is mandatory. French or Spanish language mastery is a plus.
