We are a very busy HVAC and fireplace sales and installation service company, part of a larger group of companies. We have an exciting opportunity for a part time administrative assistant.
  • Customer communications
  • Customer relationship management
  • Scheduling
  • Receivables/Collections
  • Working closely w/ GM and management
  • Managing relations w/ suppliers & vendors
  • Overseeing technicians
  • Creating reports

Requirements

• Experience in an HVAC company a plus

• Experience w/ Field Edge a plus

• Excel a plus

• Great communication skills

• Organizational skills

• Problem-solving skills

• Time management skills

• Attention to detail

• Resourcefulness
