Parts Manager

The Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the parts department in an automotive dealership. This role includes managing inventory, coordinating parts orders, overseeing staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, and maintaining efficient parts distribution for both the service department and retail customers. The Parts Manager ensures that the parts department meets all operational and financial goals and maintains a high standard of organization and customer satisfaction. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in parts management, preferably in an automotive dealership. Proven experience managing parts inventory, sales, and procurement. Strong leadership and team management experience.
