Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to offer informed solutions. Resolve technical issues, provide product guidance, and troubleshoot as needed. Record customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the companys CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs were met and issues are fully resolved. Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
