Preferred Qualifications and Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development. Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related fields. Certifications: Skills Development Facilitation (ETDP), Assessor, Train the Trainer, OPETDP Diploma. Previous experience in the retail industry is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
