Supply Chain Lead

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly skilled Supply Chain Lead on behalf of our retail client in Johannesburg. This leadership role requires a professional who can effectively manage the supply chain team, ensuring efficient processes across shipping, demand forecasting, and procurement while driving overall supply chain optimization. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in a supply chain leadership role. Strong experience with demand forecasting, procurement, and shipping. Knowledge of Sage X3 and Netsock software is highly beneficial. In-depth understanding of supply chain processes and best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
