Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: · Address email inquiries promptly and professionally through GMail. · Manage incoming general customer service calls, providing accurate and timely information. · Update and manage client activity records in EZLynx. · Process pending cancellations with carriers including Nat Gen, Progressive, AmTrust, Hartford, and Access General. · Handle downloads and ensure updates are reflected in EZLynx. · Perform renewal updates and follow up on pending actions in EZLynx. Requirements: · Prior experience working in a retail insurance office. · Proficiency with EZLynx is highly preferred. · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English . · Customer-focused mindset · Ability to work Monday-Friday, 9 am-6pm EST.
