Job Description
Develop and implement an appropriate business strategy for the allocated branch Compilation of branch budgets Manage Budgets and PnLs Analyse and control expenditures of branch to conform to budgetary requirements Effectively manage branch staff and staffing requirements to achieve the set goals and targets for the branch and/or region Ensure that the overall objectives of the Organisation are prioritised in respect of the provision of operations services Deliver exceptional customer service to clients Ensure confidentiality of client and/or Company information Ensure that all sales are achieved in an ethical manner Responsible for providing IR Support as and when required Matric or a relevant tertiary qualification A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and sales within the Temporary Employment Services (TES) Industry A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in terms of managing a branch within the TES industry Good knowledge of the Labour Relations Act (LRA), the Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry, the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Bargaining Councils and Sectoral Determinations Previous IR (Industrial Relations) experience and good knowledge of IR (Industrial Relations) Procedures Excellent Communication skills (Both written and verbal) Good grasp of mathematical concepts Computer literate (MS Office) Valid drivers license with own reliable vehicle essential
