As a Sales Assistant, youll be an essential part of our sales team, helping customers find the right products, providing top-notch customer service, and supporting the daily operations of the store or sales department. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers have a great experience every time they visit us. Assist customers with product selection and provide information about features, benefits, and promotions. Ensure the store or sales floor is well-stocked, clean, and organized. Operate the cash register, process sales transactions, and handle payments. Help with inventory management, restocking, and product displays. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain a positive and approachable attitude, even in busy times. Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals. Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A positive, enthusiastic, and friendly personality.
