Assistant Store Manager - Fourways

Introduction Our client who is in the Retail sector is looking for a dedicated Junior Manager, based in Fourways. Please note: This is a full time position in the retail sector and will include working alternative weekends (weekdays 9am - 6pm, Saturdays 8am-5pm and Sundays 9am-1pm) Duties & Responsibilities The candidate would need to have a good eye for floral design and an artistic flair. Excellent client communication skills in English and Afrikaans, both on the phone as well as face to face. Opening and closing the store Assisting customers Cash ups Stock control Staff management Quality control checks Managing staff on sight Assisting in events set up Client recruitment and retention Social media posting, amongst other duties. Desired Experience & Qualification Retail Experience essential Minimum Matric Able to work retail hours and alternate weekends A creative ability and an eye for detail Package & Remuneration 192K p/a
