Responsibilities: Planning work of personnel (hostesses and yacht cleaning teams) Yacht interior cleaning and maintenance Interior inventory Ensuring quality of provided services Communicate guests’ requests to various services Communication with the Chef on meals Organization of events on board the yacht Qualifications: 10 years of experience with large Yachts (80m meters and above) Teamwork, managerial skills Good organization and distribution of tasks Demonstrate diplomacy in all situations Good culinary culture A keen eye for detail (floral decoration, setting up tables) Knowledge of financial management
