Job Description Within Global Markets, you join the FI Traffic Booking & Business Monitoring team as a business analyst. On a daily basis, your job is to: Monitor projects and maintenance requests of the trading application (exchanges with customers, users and developers; participation in the prioritization committees; drafting specifications; testing phases; demonstrations and post-production monitoring); Contribute to team improvement and innovation by participating in the community of good practices, proposing daily optimizations and taking part in agile events; Provide support (a support team manages the day-to-day but delegates precise analyses to the expert business analysts in the scope); Manage users' functional requests (level 2 support) for investigation and monitoring of patches. Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description you are made to work with us You have at least 5 years of experience in business analyst positions. You are familiar with: - The principles of IF credits (bonds, cds, swap, loans, abs); - The principles of FI market making; - The role of business analyst (investigation of front-end needs and prioritization, drafting of technical-functional specifications, test management, manipulation of SQL data). You are: - Autonomous, proactive, and known for your teamwork skills and ability to communicate with users; - Agile and comfortable with written and oral presentations.
