Job Description You will join the Portfolio Management team - Infrastructure & Energy EMEA as a Portfolio Manager and actively manage a defined number of transactions within the Europe-Middle East-Africa scope and the various sectors covered by the trade. On a daily basis, your mission is to: Actively monitor the projects in your portfolio as soon as the transaction is signed (monitoring of construction, operations, financial elements, etc.); Prepare and monitor all waivers and amendments (waivers): negotiations with the borrower, sponsors and bank pool, submission of application internally, and legal documentation; Prepare and submit annual reviews, in line with the bank’s procedures, to better manage risk monitoring. Review the ratings, LGD, Green weighting Factor and KYC of the counterparties. If necessary, perform the Borrowing Base reviews; Prepare watch list and provisions recommendations sheets if necessary; Proactively anticipate risks and initiate de-risking actions; From an O2D perspective, contribute to portfolio optimization (identification of secondary sales, solutions or refinancing opportunities and valuation of the portfolio online to line); Contribute to Business reviews and budget exercises for the Portfolio. Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us You have at least 3 years of experience in project finance or portfolio management. You are familiar with: • Financial analysis; • The creation of a financing file; • Pack Office tools (Word, Excel and PPT). You have great relationship skills and very good listening skills. You are: • Rigorous and proactive; • Known for your teamwork and ability to work collaboratively. You master English at a B2 level. Finally, the mastery of Spanish or Italian would be a plus.
