A well established company based in Polokwane is seeking a Senior Level Sales Assistant. Duties: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Ascertain customers needs and wants Recommend and display items that match customer need Welcome and greet customers Manage point-of-sale processes Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments Keep up to date with product information Accurately describe product features and benefits Follow all companies policies and procedures Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Minmum of 5 years retail experience Experience in hardware (Advantageous) Previous Management Experience leading a team (Advantageous) Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel, Outlook) Internal System (Training will be provided)
