We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Practitioner to assess a candidates skills, experience, relevant knowledge and compare the candidate to internal company job requirements. As a Talent Acquisition Practitioner, one is required to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and stakeholder engagement to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process from start to finish. Key performance Areas: Job Specifications & Advertising Sourcing Candidates Screen & Short Interviewing Candidate Vetting Admin Reporting Stakeholder engagement Experience: - 4 Years experience in recruitment - Previous experience with bulk recruitment - Experience with engaging and servicing stakeholders Qualifications: - Matric - Relevant HR qualification Knowledge and Skills: - Basic understanding of the HR value chain - Have a general knowledge regarding FAIS requirements, this includes debarment, DOFA and fit and proper requirements - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Good listening skills - Effective problem solving abilities - Excellent interpersonal skills PLEASE NOTE: If you have not received a repky within two weeks of applying,please consider your application unsuccessful.
