F&B Manager (Wine Knowledge)

Key Responsibilities: Oversee all F&B operations, ensuring impeccable service standards. Curate and manage an extensive wine selection, enhancing our guests' dining experience. Train and mentor F&B team members in wine service and pairing. Collaborate with the culinary team to create cohesive food and wine pairings. Monitor inventory, manage budgets, and ensure cost-effective operations. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Deliver exceptional guest experiences, consistently exceeding expectations. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience as an F&B Manager, preferably in a luxury or fine-dining setting. Extensive knowledge of wines, wine pairing, and cellar management. Certification in wine education (e.g., WSET Level 3 or above, Sommelier Certification) is highly desirable. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
