About the Job

We are currently seeking an Oracle EBS System Analyst , reporting directly to Entity Manager to join our Digi Team based in Noida. The Analyst will be responsible for 2nd/3rd line support of Oracle R12 EBS Technical or Customization fixes. It is a techno/functional role which will require both functional/technical expertise to work within a controlled IT environment with a 3rd party managed service (infrastructure) partner. You will be required to engage with stakeholders across the organization to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for providing incident resolution, change input and release controls on ORACLE EBS R12.x application and all interfaces to this system at second and third line functional level.
2. Provide resolution of all technical incidents within the EBS application on Finance and SCM interfaces to third party applications.
3. Coordinate technical tasks and deliverables for EBS and related technology projects.
4. Validate and resolve all incidents or determine if they are required to be escalated to company chosen programme or other Partner for external support or other interface support teams (either internal or external).
5. Work with Internal Controls and audit support teams as needed to meet audit requirements ensuring that regulation and change management requirements are met.
6. Maintain ownership of incidents to ensure that they are closed down within SLA and to agreed quality measures.
7. Design and develop complex EBS solutions to meet business needs, including functional setups, personalizations, interfaces, customizations, extensions and reports.
8. Participate as technical contributor on EBS projects to be delivered on time, within budget and with high quality, including our planned R12 enhancement program.

About You

We'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

Essential:

1. Solid customer service / client facing experience.
2. Demonstrable knowledge/skills of ITIL practice.
3. Oracle EBS Technical expertise.

Preferred:

1. Degree.
2. ITIL qualification.
3. Oracle EBS exposure in Finance and SCM modules.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

1. Solid customer service/client facing experience.
2. Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12 Technologies (8+ yrs).
3. Strong Technical knowledge of Oracle EBS 12.x Technologies such as: SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, AME, Alerts, BI Publisher, Forms, RDF Reports, ADI, FSG, Data Loader, SQL*Loader, OAF.
4. Exposure in P2P cycle.
5. Demonstrable knowledge/skills of ITIL practice.
6. Experience with multiple.
7. Understanding of external interfacing to Oracle EBS.
8. OS: Unix/Linux environment.
9. Degree.
10. ITIL qualification.
11. Oracle EBS qualifications in Finance modules with good knowledge of Procurement and Projects.
12. Experience of the Oil industry or a Project based discipline.
13. Service Now, HP ALM.

TECHNICAL/GENERAL COMPETENCIES

Essential:

1. IT Service Management.

Desirable:

1. Service Now, HP ALM.
2. Change Management.

2. Ability to learn quickly, pick up new techniques & principles & implement them appropriately.

6. Flexible working hours during peak business periods.
7. Travelling to our remote sites as required including overnight stay.
