Senior Travel Consultant (Leisure)

The incumbent of this role must effectively action the travel booking process at all levels, resulting in an efficient, effective and cost-conscious travel service delivery that differentiates the company. The incumbent of this role must specialise in leisure and rewards travel with specialist knowledge of the products offered, relevant fares and deals in place. The incumbent must be very client centric and focus on superior service delivery. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Matric Qualification Travel Diploma Amadeus Certificate EXPERIENCE IN YEARS: Minimum 5 years experience with leisure. Advantageous if the incumbent has experience in rewards travel programs. KNOWLEDGE: Beginners, intermediate and advanced fares course Ticket reissue course Ticketing course Business with charm and savvy Customer service course Sound geographical knowledge Sound visa knowledge AGM course Call centre training an advantage
