Duties: Booking of Forex on online banking platforms Processing of FICA documents Opening new accounts Keeping clients informed of progress Settlement of deals Updating of information Liaise with banking institutions and banking staff Handling of exchange control queries Requirements: Grade 12 Relevant post matric financial qualification is a big plus but experience is more important Must be customer service orientated Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office Must be able to navigate different systems Must have very good communication skills Must be bilingual (English & Afrikaans) Must work well under pressure Attention to detail
