General Manager

Role Description . We are expanding In addition to Lalia, Sa Placeta, and Patiki Beach, we are planning a new opening in the spring of 2025. We are now looking for an experienced General Manager to lead all operational pre- and post-opening activities - including building and training the team, supporting in the concept creation, and establishing and executing operational procedures - to ultimately ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Qualifications . Strong leadership and management skills. Experience in hospitality or club management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Experience: Required Languages: English – Advanced.
